The Message in 4G – Tuesday, May 22

• “The Message in 4G.” Those from within the Filipino community are especially invited to a study group in Tagalog & English with the theme “God’s Grace is Given through the Gospel,” in the Upper Room at 7:00 PM, with Filipino snacks served at 6:30 PM.

“On These Shoulders We Stand” – Wednesday, May 23

• Not everything began with stonewall … an illuminating historical account of early gay life and activism in Los Angeles. Co-sponsored by Azania – People of African Descent, join us for this screening in Jewel’s Catch One Night Club Community Room at 4067 West Pico Boulevard on Wednesday, May 23. Refreshments at 5:30 PM followed by the screening at 6:00 PM and a panel discussion afterward.
