Brown Bag Lunch Sunday – Sunday, May 13

• Making and delivering lunches for Brown Bag Sunday is every second Sunday of the month. Please help us make and deliver bag lunches for the homeless in our community.  As always, if you have a car and are willing to drive to help deliver lunches, this is a big help!  Please see Garrett Klindt or leave a message for him at the church office.

Azania Meeting – Sunday, May 13

• Join Azania, MCCLA’s People of African Descent, for their monthly meeting, on the second Sunday of each month, right after the 11:00 AM Worship Service in the Upper Room above the Fellowship Hall.

Wednesday Evenings at MCCLA

• Wednesday evenings are special with a meditative service in the style of Taize in the Sanctuary at 6:30 PM featuring prayer and Taize-style songs at 6:30 PM, followed by Bible Study and Singing with Rev. Pat Langlois at 7:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.  If you can’t attend in person, there is a Skype check-in from 7:00 – 7:15 PM.

Board of Directors Meeting – Thursday, May 17

• If you’d like to learn more about the “inner workings” of MCCLA, there’s no better way than to attend the monthly Board of Directors meeting.  The Board meets at 7:00 PM on the third Thursday of each month in the Fellowship Hall.

Ministry Leadership Quarterly Meeting – Sunday, May 20

• All Ministry Leaders are invited to join the quarterly leadership meeting at 1:00 PM in the Upper Room.

No Men’s Spirituality Group “Steppin’ Out” Brunch – Sunday, May 20

• The Men’s Spirituality Group brunch will not take place this month.

Kids Club is Looking for Volunteers

• Kid’s Club is in need of caring volunteers to serve as teachers and assistants in Kid’s Club one Sunday per month. If interested in helping out, please speak with Dean Coffey or email him at kidsclub@mccla.org.
